While sealing is not a must-have, it’s highly recommended for anyone looking to maintain the functionality and beauty of their hardscape investment for the long term.

A Herman's representative will visit your home or business to evaluate and assess the scope of your project, listen to your concerns, make recommendations to achieve your goals, follow up with a comprehensive quotation and ultimately get you on our schedule.
Step One - Cleaning
We'll deep clean and prepare your pavers and/or concrete for restoration and protection. This may include mechanically and/or chemically removing organic and other staining from the surface of your hardscapes and removing the buildup of debris and growth as necessary.
Step Two - Sanding (if necessary)
Sanding also known as joint stabilization, is a critical step in protecting your paver investment. Stabilizing your pavers essentially allows them to become one unit minimizing potentially damaging movement from natural and man-made causes. Perhaps more importantly and the most noticeable benefit of sanding is prohibiting the growth of weeds in the joints of your pavers.
